Today marks the beginning of ROCKtober, a month dedicated to the hot new game Brutal Legend. Today would also mean that silver Xbox live members are able to download the demo, as well as Playstation network owners.

Although there is some bad news...Ormagoden, the cremator of the sky, and destroyer of the ancient world, demands everybody, whether it's an Xbox 360 owner, or a PS3 owner, download the demo. He demands 666 million downloads, or else everybody will get Swine Flu.

Oh How I wish this weren't a poor joke, made by the developer, just to give Brutal Legend more recognition.

Anyway, I'm sure it won't kill you to take the time out to download the demo...I did, so my ass is covered from Ormagoden. Here's to a ROCKing ROCKtober, and here's to Brutal Legend, Tim Schafer, and Double Fine.
